Safety is a top priority in every training session. As an ISSA CPR/AED Certified Trainer, I’m fully prepared to respond to emergency situations with confidence and care. This certification ensures that I can:

  • Recognize and respond to cardiac emergencies
  • Administer CPR safely and effectively
  • Use an Automated External Defibrillator (AED) when needed
  • Maintain a safe training environment for all clients

Especially when working with adults over 50, having CPR/AED certification adds an extra layer of reassurance and professionalism to every workout.
